Terms and conditions

All online nominations must be submitted by midnight on Friday 5th July 2025 (Any nomination received after this date will not be considered.)

Any nominees who are shortlisted will be informed by email by 31st July 2025.

Every finalist will receive one ticket to the event, plus an extra ticket for a guest of their choice

General Rules

Nominees must work in (or be a) care provider in Kirklees
Nominations will only be accepted via the online nomination system.
Entries cannot be amended after the submission deadline.
Each category will be judged blind (by an independent panel of judges) all identifiable names etc are removed from entries so they are completely anonymous.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All finalists should be available to attend the award ceremony.

General Entry Guidance

Please note that when you have reached the number of characters permitted for each section, it will not allow you type any more. These limits must be adhered to and no additional pages/emails will be accepted.
Entries will be judged on quality rather than quantity, so please read the guidance for each category and try and give good reasons and examples to answer each question. One well thought out detailed entry tells the judges far more than 10 vague entries with a single sentence in each box.
